The 24-Hour Window

We understand that mistakes happen. You have exactly 24 hours from the time you place your order to request any changes or a cancellation.

• Modifications: You can update your shipping address, shirt sizes, or change your custom text/logo information.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a 100% full refund.

After 24 Hours

Once the 24-hour window closes, your order is automatically sent to our design and printing queue. At this stage, materials have been allocated, and production has begun. Therefore, no cancellations, refunds, or modifications can be made after 24 hours.
