At CrewInView, we specialize in personalized crew uniforms featuring your custom company name, phone number, and logo. Because these items are uniquely created for your business, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, select the wrong size, or no longer need the items.

Please carefully review our Size Chart and approve your 3D digital design mockup before production.

Cases Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We stand behind the quality of our workwear. You are fully covered, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (at no extra cost to you) in the following scenarios:

  1. Manufacturing Defects: The fabric is torn, stained, or has damaged stitching upon arrival.

  2. Printing Errors: The printed logo, text, or service information differs from the final digital mockup you approved.

  3. Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or design style compared to your original order receipt.

How to File a Claim

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

  • Email us at: cs@crewinview.com

  • Include your Order Number and clear photos/videos showing the issue (e.g., the defect, the wrong text, or a measuring tape against the garment to prove a sizing discrepancy).

  • Our support team will review your request and process your replacement or refund within 24–48 hours. No need to mail the damaged shirt back to us.
